An interesting leupak, even by leupak standards, this little one seems to carry the power of lightning encased in its body... It also dislikes being researched, as none of the official scientists speak Mira'a. Fellow leupak Kitamura seems to be the only one who can communicate with it. "Nooooo, no no no! Tez'la Quaggy is a QUAGGY. Tez'la is a House! House Tez'la!"
