The D-V02 Vigilant Defender is one of two enormous automatons built by Grey Scott of MIRACLE Energy for defense of the city of Gier. The second of the Defender series to be built, Scott built it only after rigorous testing of the D-S01 model, customizing its more feminine frame before presenting it as a gift to Elliot Christoph and the Somnambulist Project.
