**National Language** N/A
**Demonym** Anshe
**Climate** Temperate to Continental
**Aensdoun** is the gateway into some of the wildest, most unmarred land in Valenth, quite possibly unchanged for hundreds of thousands of years or more.
Massive, [[BeastGod ancient beasts]] roam freely as the jingoistic and ferociously violent [[AnsheAeneski Anshe Aeneski]] quarrel in their shadows.
There is no government here beyond tribal might; each group has its own way, and is adamant at promoting it at any cost. The beginnings of such a feud is lost in time, perhaps forgotten somewhere among the [[AnsheIdol massive idols]] and ruined structures from ages past.
Regardless, the furious elves are but an insignificant drop in the pond compared to the assortment of life-- some long-forgotten, and all well-guarded-- to be found here.

**Climate** Continental
Slightly cooler in climate than [[Dreamsong]], **Chimre's** ecosystem is affected by natural weather as well as the [[FatisMirajin Mirajin's]] influence.
Natural fauna either build up resistances to the dream-energy or [[Mutant mutate]], often giving way to radically new species when the changes fail to kill them or render them sterile.
Chimre is one of two regions under the direct rule of the [[Nefirian Dreamwaker]] and the [[SilentRose Silent Rose Organization]]; as a result, areas outside of cities are extremely wild and dangerous to travel alone or by foot.
The land belongs to the beasts-- mutant or otherwise-- and Chimri cities function as safe zones to watch, study, and experiment in.
Most of Chimre is forest, grassland or mountain, though a few significant marshes exist. The most significant geographical feature is the [[MimorreRidge Mimorre Ridge]], a mountain range that marks the Chimre-[[Mimore]] border.
No living creature has ever attempted to cross it and lived without the assistance-- and approval-- of [[iicarn strange, winged beings]] that guard the border.
While [[Firestarter]]/[[RenaPuri Renatus]]-run [[Schalle]] is extremely hostile towards Chimri visitors and goods attempting to enter their borders, Chimre and its government has no such animosity towards the Firestarters.
While there is much speculation the contrary, all [[Faction factions]], and indeed **all people**, are welcomed into Chimri cities with open arms-- //provided they understand the consequences of starting trouble within them.//
