Beta
An adoptable reaches the Beta stage at level 101, marking it as a juvenile of its species. This is an owner's first look at their adoptable, and is usually a good show of what to expect in the later Omega phases.
Beta phase lasts until level 500, after which it will reach the final Omega stage, and grow one last time based upon what foods and items it was given during its development.
Many owners like using Alchemy Stones on beta-stage adoptables to permanently keep them in their juvenile forms.
