Out of the shadows of Hel come The Brood of Chira, a Faction of various denizens of the night led by the unlikely "Nigel", a curiously upbeat AncientViadante with the ability to take Human form.
Unlike its founder, perhaps, the Brood as a faction is unmistakably dangerous; its members have no love for the living, and seek only to devour, torment, and ultimately convert them into Zombies, Shades, or worse...
Its true purpose remains to be seen, but in the meantime, the Firestarters continue their attempt to wipe them and their accursed spawn from the face of Valenth.
Most non-solitary Vampires and Viadante and their various servants and minions are members of this faction, willingly or otherwise.
