Cash Shop Help
If you have purchased Cash Shop Credits with any of our online payment plans and failed to recieve them in an hour or two, you can have your credits manually added!PM DNA with the subject line Cash Shop Credits, and include the account name in question, the quantity of credits purchased, and a screenshot, link, or copy-paste of your transaction reciept that includes the transaction number.
Your credits will be manually added to your account within 24 to 72 hours on average- allow a little extra time during holidays and weekends, please!
Note to E-Check users: You may have to wait up to seven days for E-Checks to clear properly, so make sure to give us a week if you use this payment option!
