Ciere
Ciere is the smaller of Valenth's two suns; a yellow dwarf star in Degregorius's orbit.It is considered the female of the Twin Dancers stars.
As Ciere orbits around Degregorius much more quickly-- about four times faster -- than Valenth itself, it is often partially or completely hidden by the larger star; Ciere is in full view in February, May, August, and November.
Some early civilizations based their calendars upon Ciere's orbit rather than Valenth's.
Many mages and alchemists invoke it in their spells and magical workings. Due to its color, the little star is typically associated with warmth and fire, even though Degregorius is far hotter.
