Elemental
Elementals are creatures attuned to particular magical elements, which have powerful magical abilities related to their specific element. Most elementals are sapient; many are mortal, though some powerful individuals are immortal.
They are common in areas where their particular element is abundant or especially pure; Liasse is home to a large number of elementals of many different types.
Mirajin elementals are referred to as dreamkin, though they function somewhat differently to true elementals.
