Elite Doc
The Elite Doc is a high-ranking practicing Silent RoseDoctor.In uniform, they are discernable by their white coats with silver trim and golden buttons.
Elite docs in uniform are rarely seen outside of Chimre-- they tend to be important members of the Organization as a rule, and as such know better than to leave Rose territory in clothing that might mark them as tempting targets.
