Promotional Adoptables
Promotional adoptables, or promos, are special adoptable species made to showcase a specific website or service. These adoptables often function like limited-edition adoptables, but are considered outside of Valenth's main storyline and non-canonical.
Some promo adoptables may be traded or adopted freely, while others may not; an example is the Curious Seedling, which could only be obtained via signing up and redeeming a passcode at Subeta.
An example of a very popular promo adoptable is the Kumos, an early promotional adoptable made in the likeness of the canine pet species from Subeta.
