A person who can utilize the raw power of the mind without the assistance of Magic is called a Psychic or Psion.
The specific practice is called Psionics; most psychics only manifest a specific type or category of psychic power.
Common powers include clairvoyance, psychokinesis and varying degrees of mental domination through telepathy, all of which are erratic, difficult to control, and potentially dangerous without help from a knowledgable individual.
About 2% of the world's mirajin-exposed population is psychically inclined, not including dreamkin, who often naturally possess such abilities to some extent.
