The Underbelly
The Underbelly is Laps-du-Ment's seedy underground district; an enormous series of tunnels and underground structures provided for the poor and homeless to live within at no cost.
This is where much of Chimre's shadier dealings takes place; with the Underbelly kept in check by Corro Docs and the Silvermanes, the Chimri government has a place to allow more questionable activity to continue under the radar of tourists and ambassadors-- as well as a means to keep the upper city in pristine condition to the naked eye.
Beneath the surface, Chimre and Lucsus have far more in common than is readily apparent...
Many official Silent Rose Organization offices and laboratories have basement levels that lead into different sectors of the Underbelly.
