Basically, anything you upload to Squiby is still your property. When you upload a file to Squiby, you give us permission to display and use it on the site, or in advertising. The rights to the image still belong to you, and if you delete the adoptable we no longer have any rights to display it.
If you upload something to Squiby, you are stating that it is your property, or you have permission from the property owner to use it.
